For many years, one of my favorite pastimes was shopping for one-of-a-kind stage clothing in specialty shops around the world. Eventually I amassed a wonderful collection of boots, jackets, jeans and accessories. It has long been my wish to open a little boutique where notable pieces can be made available. I have discovered that storing things in the attic only makes you forget you own them, and when I looked through the hanging racks recently, I found a treasure trove of terrific, one of a kind pieces- and that was the catalyst for the store. Quite naturally other items, from guitars to paintings, audio gear and professional memorabilia, also had to be included- but back to the clothing for the moment:

Most of the items are still very special to me, and nothing is easy to part with. Wherever there is a memory or picture to share, I try to do so. Everything is "used" to a greater or lesser extent, but the photos and descriptions should make that clear. Some pieces are "like new," while others have various signs of wear. It should be mentioned that I try to take exceptional care of everything I use for performing, and if you saw my super-organized closet system, I think you’d agree. Most of what I offer for sale is in tip-top condition, particularly the jackets. In the case of boots and shoes, some are worn, where some of the pieces are like new. In the event that something is clearly worn, I explain.

I am a boot and jacket maniac to be sure. However, the good news is my taste does not run to the unwearable or extreme. This part of the store is for women who love classic boots and jackets as much as I do, or for dedicated collectors who think that someday, these pieces will gain value. I leave you to contemplate.

We call these items "Collectibles."

The idea is for someone to enjoy wearing each piece knowing it has stepped out onto more than one stage around the world and has been surrounded by many interesting people and as many melodies. If you care about that, then this store is most likely for you- but that is not required. You might just be interested in unusual- and sometimes outstanding- pieces which in many cases might never be found anywhere else- ever again.

These items will be “non-returnable.”

This merchandise will be sold "as-is", and will be non-returnable. This is because the items are used, and cannot be subjected to the same standards as new clothing regarding signs of wear. The photos and descriptions I have written attempt to be crystal clear in this regard. Overall, I have selected those things which are in good to excellent condition. In the event something is stained or scuffed, I describe that thoroughly- in which case it might simply be a collectors item, and, wherever possible, a signed photo of me wearing it will be included.
